Mitchell Gross co-founded Mobius in 1981 and has served as president since that time and chief executive officer since 1996. Prior to co-founding the company, he was a senior consultant at American Management Systems, Inc. a consulting and software products organization, and an officer in the U.S. Navy, serving on nuclear submarines. Mr. Gross holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School,

Mauricio Barberi
joined Mobius in February 2005 having served most recently as vice president, marketing and product management, at C3i, Inc., a provider of information technology and outsourcing services to the life sciences industry. He held previous positions in marketing management and consulting with Notara, Inc., Pfizer Inc., Accenture, and Schlumberger. Mr. Barberi holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
David Barton
joined Mobius in June, 2005, having previously served as vice president, financial services global accounts, at StorageTek, a leading provider of storage solutions. Prior to joining StorageTek, he was vice president and general manager for worldwide professional services at Computer Network Technology (CNT), a storage networking solutions company. Mr. Barton held previous positions in consulting, sales and management at CNS Group, Computer Sciences Corp., Digital Equipment Corporation and IBM. He earned a B.A. from

College.
Raymond Kunzmann joined Mobius in December 2003. He previously served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of LeCroy Corporation and Axsys Technologies, Inc. Mr. Kunzmann also held accounting and treasury management positions at Forstmann Little-controlled companies, including Lear Siegler, Inc. and gained public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche. James Biggs
joined Mobius in 2006. He previously held senior sales and management positions at several public and start-up software companies. Most recently, he was general manager and senior vice president of sales and marketing at Scali, a provider of IT software. Previous management positions were with Fast Search and Transfer, a provider of enterprise search, business intelligence, and data mining. Jim has also held sales and marketing management positions with Opuswave, a Siemens company; Banyan; and Digital Equipment Corporation. He was awarded a B.S.B.A. in Management from

Skip Dugas joined Mobius in January of 2000 and assumed his current responsibilityof Vice President, Mobius Professional Services in January of 2001. Skip has held a variety of executive management positions prior to joining Mobius, including Senior Vice Presiden t / CIO for 1ST Financial Bank and the Chief Operating Officer for Meca Software, LLC.
Gail Langeloh
joined Mobius in 2003 as development manager with responsibility for workflow products and assumed her current position in 2005. She has more than 20 years of MIS and IT management experience, including 15 years at Candle Corporation as manager and director of research and development. Ms. Langeloh has a B.A. degree from
